We offer several computer help services at extremely reasonable rates. From a basic once-over to a full overhaul, any concerns or problems with your computer can be resolved.

Most of these services are offered 'remotely' which basically means a trusted Iris Webs representative can access your computer from one of our computers - meaning there is no need for you to travel to us, and vice-versa. This also means your request for help can be initiated within minutes.

In some cases we will need to visit you, eg setting up a network - in which case there will be a call out charge which we will discuss with you.

To order a service, simply select what you need and upon receipt of your payment you will be contacted with details on how to receive your service. If you need to upgrade between services during a visit, you will not pay the full price - only the difference in price between the services. Please see the terms & conditions before any purchase.

Please note our regular opening times are listed on the right, but if you see a representative online in the chat facility then we may be able to deal with you outside of our opening hours. However, if there is nobody available, you will be deal with promptly on the next working day.
